Founder & Senior Partner Gerard O’Sullivan recently returned from a trip to Melbourne Florida, where he and the team closed another fantastic new syndicated deal. Spindrift Capital is a General Partner on this deal, and we are very excited to see our whole team of investors reap the returns from this $35,000,000 equity investment.

Princeton Parc Apartments is a 200-unit, value-add investment in a vital and growing real estate market. We’ve been evaluating the offer for some time, and now that this deal is closed we are looking forward to sharing some of the details with our community of investors and other followers.
