Our plan at North Street is to invest heavily into the infrastructure of the park. Initially, we have completed a significant renovation of the roads which were previously in poor condition. Next, we will be adding new signage as well as a brand new mailbox cluster to make it more convenient for our residents to retrieve their mail. Currently, they have to do this at the post office. We have also removed several dead trees which have been neglected for many years.
We will infill remaining vacant lots with new mobile homes until the community is fully-occupied. Once this is complete, it will enable us to grow the value of the community by raising rents until it is time to for us to sell or refinance the community.
