GERARD O'SULLIVAN
PRINCIPAL / FOUNDER
Gerard is the Principal and Managing Member of Spindrift Capital Partners. He is responsible for all operational strategy, business decisions and process implementation. Gerard has always had a unique talent in identifying and developing new business opportunities. He is now focusing on acquiring and managing under-performing commercial properties with high upside potential. Gerard has developed his management and efficiency skills as a multi-unit retail business owner for the past 25 years. He has also been integrally involved in the founding and launch of several technology startup companies in the e-commerce industry. In this capacity, he has provided and continues to advise, in a strategic role for these enterprises which continue to excel and are still in their rapid growth phase today. Gerard and his wife, Darlene, reside in Long Island, NY with their three teenage sons.
DARLENE O'SULLIVAN
PRINCIPAL / CO-FOUNDER
Darlene is primarily responsible for investor relations and operations planning and coordinating. She is driven to achieve excellence in all areas of asset management, thereby ensuring optimal financial results. Darlene enjoys learning about the goals of potential investors and exploring opportunities for improving their portfolios. She has previously managed numerous real estate properties ranging from single family homes to duplexes and large apartment complexes. In this capacity she acted as the lead property manager and was responsible for all operations including tenant relations, lease negotiations, management of extensive capital expenditure projects and complete financial oversight of the properties. Her primary objective has always been to drive property values higher by implementing operational efficiencies at all levels of property management. Darlene is also currently a licensed Real Estate professional working on the South Shore of Long Island, NY where she resides with her husband and three teenage sons.real estate for portfolio investors
